Our products are used in a variety of applications and industries such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, road tankers, food processing operations, chemical plants, nuclear operations, oil refining, architectural features, traditional and renewable power generation and even at times in art sculptures. Due to our experience, our knowledgeable team and our investment in facilities and equipment, we can either spin or press the first part of the process of forming your product, dependent upon the thickness and characteristics.
As we can offer both options, we can select the forming process best suited to delivering the final product in a cost-effective manner. Our main products are: Dished and Flanged ends, Flat flanged ends, Cones and Dished only.
2:1 Ratio - Type A
We can offer the 2:1 semi-ellipsoidal dished ends to PD 5500 or ASME with Crown Radius (Ri) to 0.8 or 0.9 x Diameter and Knuckle Radius (ri) 0.154 or 0.17 x Diameter respectively. This gives an inside height to Tan Line of approximately 25% of the Diameter.

Size not on our guide? Not a problem
In most cases we can produce a size and shape that is specific for a client’s project. We are very flexible on the sizes of product we can supply. For example, many architectural features are bespoke commissions that require a more unconventional shape of end.
