Overview
We successfully manufactured a dished end in stainless steel at 5760 diameter and weighing over 2 tonnes. Because of the size and to ease transportation over to our client in France, it was decided that we would cut the dish in half and fabricate a frame inside the dish to support and to keep its shape.
As the photos show, this was done in house and was delivered to our customer in twenty four hours. It will be welded back together on site by our client and will be used in an agricultural food environment.
